Lesson 5
Exercise 5: Set Up Properly
Work through the pre-launch checklist in 5.1 item by item. Don't tick anything you haven't actually verified.
Personally complete the user journey in both variants and confirm the primary metric event fires in each. This is the single highest-value check.
Run the pre-launch review prompt and act on anything it surfaces.
Tell marketing, support, and anyone likely to ask for early numbers. Put the planned end date in a shared calendar.
Nominate someone other than yourself to do the day-two check, and give them only the left-hand column from 5.3
