One running example throughout: a freight forwarding platform used by around 1,200 shipping companies. Their operations teams spend most of their day chasing shipment exceptions, deliveries that are late, held at customs, or missing paperwork. The agent investigates an exception across several systems, works out what's wrong, drafts a customer update, and can reschedule a pickup. Enough real consequence to make every decision in this course concrete.
