Designing Your Permission Model

Help me design an agent's permission model. MY TOOL LIST: [with read/write marked]. WHO USES

IT: [role, how busy]. EXPECTED VOLUME: [tasks per person per day]. Sort every tool into read,

reversible write, or irreversible, remembering anything reaching a person outside the company

counts as irreversible. For each irreversible action, describe the worst realistic wrong call

and its cost. Recommend where human approval sits for each category and estimate approvals per

person per day at my volume. If that's above about ten, tell me what to change so approvals

still get real attention. Design the approval screen for the riskiest action: what

information, in what order, what emphasised. And what should flag a case as unusual?
