Exercise - Build Your Permission Model

Sort every tool from Chapter 3 into read, reversible write, or irreversible. Apply the outside-the-company rule strictly.

For each irreversible action, write the worst realistic wrong call and its cost in one line.

Run the permission model prompt. Calculate the approvals-per-day number honestly.

If that number is above ten, change something, narrow what needs approval, batch it, or reduce the agent's scope.

Sketch the approval screen for your riskiest action. Show it to someone who'd actually use it and ask whether they could decide in four seconds.
