Please:

3. Recommend where the human approval sits for each category, and estimate how many approvals per person per day that produces at my volume.
4. If that number is above about ten, tell me what to change so the approvals still get real attention.
5. Design the approval screen for the riskiest action: exactly what information should be on it, in what order, and what should be visually emphasised.
6. What should flag a case as unusual and worth extra scrutiny?
