Instead of asking it to write a case study, you use it to:

1. surface patterns
2. clarify timelines
3. separate signal from noise

Your job is to provide raw material.

AI helps you see structure.

Many portfolios fail because they describe tasks, not problems.

Notion AI is useful here because it can:

1. restate situations in neutral language
2. ask clarifying questions
3. help you compare “stated problem” vs “actual problem”

The real problem is often:

1. different from what leadership asked for
2. different from what was initially scoped

Showing that awareness signals strong PM judgment.

Good portfolios clearly show where you made decisions.

Clarity builds trust.

Outcomes are not just metrics.

They include:

2. what the team learned
3. what you would do differently

Learning-focused reflection is especially important when metrics are limited.

Before writing anything:

1. Can you explain the problem in two sentences?
2. Can you explain why it mattered?
3. Can you explain why you were involved?
