Review and Self-Evaluation

This module is about stepping back and reviewing your portfolio as if it’s not yours.

Strong PMs are good editors of their own work.

This is where your portfolio goes from “good” to “ready.”

A strong portfolio answers these questions clearly:

1. What kind of PM are you?
2. What problems have you worked on?
3. How do you think and make decisions?
4. What impact did your work create?

If any answer feels vague, that’s a signal to refine.

But always make the final call yourself.

Distance improves judgment.

That’s where edits matter most.

Feedback is not instruction, it’s input.

Iteration is a product skill. Treat your portfolio the same way.

Ask yourself:

1. Can I confidently talk through every case study?
2. Can I defend every decision I describe?
3. Can I explain impact honestly?

If yes, you’re close.

Set a 5-minute timer.

Skim your portfolio and:

1. choose one case study
2. decide whether you’d interview this PM

Then reflect on why.

Create a page titled:

“Portfolio Review Notes”

Use Notion AI to:

1. list strengths
2. list risks
3. identify top improvement areas

Prioritize fixes that improve clarity, not volume.
